Welcome to the 4th International Conference on Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and Movement Disorders, which is scheduled on July 8th, 2022 as a Webinar.

After three spectacular successes and overwhelming responses got from our previous conferences, we eagerly anticipate bringing together the worldwide audience and attendees once again to pave way for “Parkinson’s 2022" with an indigenous theme of "Systematic Methodologies and Advanced Therapeutics to treat Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders”.

We are ecstatic to have the opportunity to organize this important event as it emerges from the grips of the COVID-19 pandemic. We facilitate your professionalism even during this pandemic by delivering excellent training opportunities for collaborating, exchanging views, and enabling networking with experts around the globe.

Parkinson’s Conference will serve as a foundation for a diverse group of professionals in the field of neurosurgery, neuroscience, neurology, and neurodegenerative disorders. This is a magnificent event point including medical services experts, academicians, and analysts around the world to connect and expand their knowledge globally.

About Parkinson's 2022

The allied group presents Parkinson’s 2022, which transpires on July 8th, 2022 as a webinar. The program includes both poster sessions and workshops on Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and other Movement disorders, in addition to Keynote Sessions, and Plenary Sessions, focusing on the theme of “Systematic Methodologies and Advanced Therapeutics to treat Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders”.

From fundamental research to implications, Parkinson’s 2022 aims to serve as a foundation for a diverse group of professionals in the field of Neurology, Neuroscience, and Neurosurgery.

We have organized this year's event with an emphasis on new methodologies, more trending international concerns, and other deliberations about developments and future technologies related to the treatment and speed up the interpretation of ongoing experiments at the clinical level for Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, and Movement Disorders fields.

Submission Guidelines –

Abstracts for video and poster presentations related to Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, and other Movement Disorders are still being accepted by our Parkinson’s Committee Members. The primary focus of the abstracts must concentrate on the following subject tracks:

The duration of the scientific review process is 4–5 working days, and you will be notified of the abstract review status via email. Note:

  • There is a registration fee for attending the conference! It should be paid after the abstract acceptance notification.

Past Conference Report

The 3rd International Conference on Parkinson's, Huntington's, and Movement Disorders was held in Edinburgh, Scotland on September 27-28, 2021. With the support and involvement of the Organizing Committee members, the conference was successfully conducted at the conference location.

First and foremost, we want to thank you for trusting us and participating in Parkinson's 2021, a worldwide conference focused on many aspects of neurology and neuroscience. There are numerous ways to express our gratitude to you for presenting a memorable Parkinson's 2021 conference. We couldn't have done it without your continued support and faith in our organization, which has reached new heights in the field of neurology and neuroscience.

The meeting was marked by the participation of young and innovative scientists, industrial participants, and imaginative student groups from more than 30 countries, all of whom contributed to the success of this activity.

Various scientific and plenary meetings are used to engage the conference debates. The event started with an opening ceremony, which was followed by a series of talks by both Honourable Guests and Keynote Panel members. Highlights from last year's Convention

Authorization Policy

Responsibility

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held accountable for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers, or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

Transportation

Please note that any (or) transportation and parking is the registrant's responsibility.

Press/Media

Before the event, press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conferences Organizing Committee. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, a letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who have registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact parkinsons@neurologymeeting.com to request a personalized letter of invitation.

Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.

Cancellation, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to parkinsons@neurologymeeting.com

Cancellation Policy

If Allied Academies cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

Suppose Allied Academies postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates. In that case, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person cannot attend the event. The registered person must make transfers in writing to parkinsons@neurologymeeting.com.  

Details must be included the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. Unless otherwise specified, all other registration details will be assigned to the new person.

Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference of Allied Academies if the person cannot attend one of the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied Academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of Allied Academies, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

 

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days before arrival. Allied Academies will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider before canceling or amending your booking to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.

If Allied Academies cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Allied Academies event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
